I was so excited when I found out I was pregnant. I was worried that due to mine and Red's age that we might have trouble conceiving a baby. I prayed and prayed. A month before I discovered I was pregnant, I had a dream that a Man in white handed me a baby boy and told me what his name was. I won't say his name here to keep our privacy but I after looking up the name meaning, I knew it was a message from Heavenly Father. I stopped worrying because I knew it would happen. Turns out that I must have concieved right around the time I recieved that dream. So our baby boy is a reminder to us that Heavenly Father does hear and answer our prayers and that he does still speak to us. What a great blessing for us in this day and age. My big desire for children was for my husband. I have seen how wonderful he is with kids and I knew he deserved to be able to raise a child up in the gospel. And now he will! You should see Red with Little Red. He is constantly calling him various nicknames like mommy's stinkerpoo, lol, more like Daddy's (roll my eyes). Little Red will coo and laugh and talk to his Daddy until he gets hunger pains. He even snuggled up to Red after Red had shoulder surgery. Dad wouldn't let a little thing like that stop him from holding his baby. The Music Man and Danny Kay are also very cute with Little Red. They will come and steal him away to hold him. Especially Music Man. Danny Kay is very afraid of hurting him so he usually just asks to hold him in church and then only for a little while. But they will always come and peek over our shoulders to talk to him or watch him looking around with wonder. They have been big helps and taken over many duties as a result of this new little bundle. But neither have been bitter about it. They are so excited to have a new baby brother. Here is a slide show of some of Little Red's cuter moments and many of his visitors.
